2008 junior bronze, 2009 U23 4th in 2x, 2010 world champs 4-8th, 2011 world champs 4-6th, 2012 Olympics lightweight 4-5th, 2013 2x world champs silver, 2014 world champs 2x 5th, 2015 world champs 4-gold, 2016 Olympics lightweight 4-gold.

Rowing is not an arm workout.
